ROOTS OF THOUGHT… Exploring the Essence and Connections between Consciousness and Existence.

What is a thought? Where does it come from? How does it shape our perception of reality and, by extension, reality itself? These are some of the most profound and intriguing questions that humanity has asked over the centuries, from ancient philosophers to modern scientists. Yet, despite all the discoveries in neuroscience and psychology, we are still only scratching the surface of the vast mystery surrounding the origin and nature of thought.

In this book, “Roots of Thought: Exploring the Essence and Connections between Consciousness and Existence,” I do not aim to offer definitive answers. Instead, my goal is to explore the many layers of meaning that surround thought—from its biological and cognitive function to its deepest metaphysical dimensions. On this journey, we will explore how thought is intrinsically linked to consciousness, perception, and the very fabric of reality.

Thought, as many believe, is not just a product of the brain. It is something greater, something that transcends physical matter and is perhaps a direct expression of cosmic energy or a universal intelligence. In our daily lives, it seems to emerge from within us, shaping our decisions, our emotions, and our understanding of the world around us.But what if thought is not just something we experience individually, but also something that connects all consciousness and realities? In the pages that follow, we will explore not only the cognitive process of thought, but also the possible sources that shape it: the unconscious mind, universal consciousness, and even higher dimensions of existence. We will discuss how thought can be both a tool of creation and illusion, capable of shaping entire realities or trapping us in limiting mental constructs.

The goal of “Roots of Thought” is to challenge you, the reader, to expand your view of what it means to “think.” Let’s question the idea that thoughts are merely chemical reactions in the brain, and consider them as potential manifestations of something much greater— something that may be beyond rational understanding, but accessible through an expanded perspective of the mind.
